“Serving the Citizen: The Transformative Power of Information Technology in Delivering Government Services”

The Government Leaders Forum - Asia is an exceptional opportunity to bring together government leaders and other influential thinkers to discuss experiences and exchange ideas on some of the most important issues of the day. This year, The Forum will focus on the power of Information Technology to transform the way in which governments deliver services to their citizens, with a special focus on three areas of great interest to policymakers and the communities they serve: healthcare, education and sustainable economic growth. The Forum's participants will explore the ways in which IT can be more effectively utilized in these areas, as well as address the public policy implications of today's rapidly evolving IT environment.

The core themes of The Forum will be addressed through interactive panel discussions, practical case studies, best practices, and presentations by visionary keynote speakers.
