Wine Lovers Party
The culture of drinking wine in Indonesia which has not been a quite habit popular to many people, now starts to find its community. Currently, here in our country the habit of enjoying wine keep lustrous. The indicator to this is the increasing interest among the Indonesian businessmen as well as executives in this kind of drink. Therefore, no wonder, there are many places offering the drink, including various kinds of programs aiming at obtaining more loyal customers. And also, there are many cafes conducting many new programs for the sake of customer’s satisfaction.
The young executives, normally surrounded by many activities, shall also be close to being stress and exhausted. So, no wonder, many of them then spent their spared times in the café, just to wipe away their exhausted feelings.
This is the situation that encourages us to hold a program called WINE LOVERS PARTY, Friday Nite, 16th May 2008 in BALCON VIEW, BELLANOVA COUNTRY MALL at 7 pm - 4 am. This event is the arena for the wine lovers to come and feel the greatness of an outdoor party by presenting the warmth of a grape plantation, as well as the beautiful evening somewhere in Southern part of Jakarta. With plain staging concept, backdrop of s giant screen displaying the parties supporting the program, blizz corner for Public Figure and Artist visitor.
The WINE LOVERS PARTY decoration concept is adopting the situation of an European grape-yard, decorated with surrounding lamps, tents spreading over, equipped with dining table set, a concept of garden party.
By the Theme : See The Richness, Smell the Bouquet, Feel the Complexity, we would like to take the wine lovers along to feel happy, gather together with co-wine lovers, as if we were enjoying an artistic masterpiece, and let this program be the UNFORGETTABLE MOMENT.
Through the objectives of this program activity such as promotional and marketing arena of our wine products to the audience, to win new customers (the wine lovers), to celebrate early part of the new year and as a “gift” / kind of appreciation towards our loyal customers, we are going to present a brand new concept which held in outdoor so that’s bring new atmosphere for audiences.
This brand new concept will give a new sensation in enjoying the wine, through the programs including quizzes and interactive games, such as Guessing the Kind of Wine, Finding the Wine Bottle, Best Drinkers Award, Best Dressed Award etc. In these programs, we also co-operate with the tenants to open recruitment for new member of wine community.
WINE LOVERS PARTY also presenting entertainment program such as Live Music by Acoustic Home Band presenting Jazz, Blues, Pop etc by the night and DJ Present presenting R&B etc at midnight, 12.00 am. So this seems to be pitiful to neglect.
This Event is the right place to gathering together all wine lover communities, while making friend with the existing wine lovers, and as the arena for sharing happiness and knowledge about wine to the others, as to make wine not just a social drink but more than that, rather, as a Favorite Drink also.
The attendances of WINE LOVERS PARTY are those people grouped together into the community of wine lovers in Jakarta and around, young executives, the public with the age-range of 20-50 years old that targeted counts for 750 visitors.
Through the participants include 20 vendors/wine drink providers (restaurant, pub, lounge, wine shop and 5 distributors/official wine sales agents, home and abroad, this program is the first of its kind, which held for the wine lover communities adopting the garden party with the atmosphere of grape plantation as well as European societal event, because naturally the events for wine lovers were held in amusement centers, cafes, lounges, or in hotels. The succeeded of this event in Jakarta, will followed by the next event on August 2008 in Bali.
